Who we are
Quantivia Technologies Inc. is a Québec corporation (NEQ 1178122322) with its head office at 975 boulevard de la Côte-Vertu, Suite 201, Montréal, Québec H4L 1Y7, Canada.
This policy covers the website quantivia.app and the emails you send us. The Clubiste app has its own privacy policy, published with the app.
What we collect
On this website: nothing that identifies you. We use no cookies, no audience measurement, no advertising or tracking tools, and we do no profiling.
Technical data: like every website, our host Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks (IP address, browser type, page requested, time). We don’t use it to identify anyone, and we don’t keep logs of it ourselves.
When you write to us: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
Why
To answer you and follow up on your request, and to keep the website available and secure. Nothing else: we don’t sell personal information or share it for marketing.
Who has access
Only the people at Quantivia who need it to answer you. Two service providers process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting and securing the website;
- Google LLC, for Google Workspace, our email.
They may process this information outside Québec, including in the United States. Both are bound by contract to protect it and to use it only for the service they provide to us.
How long
We keep messages as long as needed to answer you and follow up, then delete them, at the latest 2 years after the last exchange, unless the law requires longer.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, accounts protected by two-step verification, and access limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, or receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to privacy@quantivia.app; we answer within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the province’s privacy regulator.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
You can reach our person in charge of the protection of personal information:
